General Terms for Our Morocco Tours

These Terms & Conditions are provided to ensure clarity and transparency for all travelers booking with Royal Morocco. They outline the booking process, payment terms, cancellation policy, and general travel conditions. We strongly advise all clients to read them carefully before confirming any reservation.

Children Discounts

Discounts apply for children sharing their parents’ room.

- Children under 2 years: Free of charge
- Children from 2 to 6 years: 50% discount
- Children from 7 to 11 years: 30% discount
- Children from 12 to 15 years: 15% discount

Prices & Payment Terms

• Tour costs vary based on the following factors:
- The season when you travel.
- The number of people travelling – more travellers means less cost per person.
- The number of days you want to be on tour.
- Accommodation type – we usually provide mid-range accommodations however luxury or budget hotels can also be arranged.
- One way or return trip – round trips cost less.

Concerning booking the tour, our booking policy requires a 25% deposit so as to confirm your booking.
The remaining balance will be paid by cash at the beginning of the tour, in USD, Euros, GBP or in Moroccan Dirhams as you like.
You can also pay the remaining balance by almost all credit cards during the tour, but with an extra fee of 5%. Sorry, but we do not accept American Express.
You can also send us a wire transfer to our bank account. We will provide the details depending on the easier method for you.

Cancellation Policy

If because of an emergency you cancel 15 or more days prior to the arrival date, we will refund your deposit.
If you cancel between 15 and 7 days prior to the arrival date, we will keep half of the deposit.
If you cancel 6 days or less prior to the arrival date we will keep all the deposit.

Legal Jurisdiction

In case of dispute, Moroccan law shall apply and the courts of Marrakech shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
